Please ensure you complete this form in full. On completion you will be sent an email asking you to confirm that you wish your details to be added to the Admissions list - please contact us if you do not receive this email as without final confirmation your details will not be added.

Our automated system uses your e-mail address as a unique identifier for each application, so will screen out the second application if you use the same form twice.
Data Protection Act 1998
The information that you give on this form will be used by The Swanage School for the purpose of processing your application for a school place for your child. The information may be shared with Dorset County Council for this purpose. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Dorset County Council School Admissions
The Swanage School admissions process for children transferring in September 2013 is separate from the Dorset County Council admissions process, and you should also complete a Dorset County Council admissions form to apply for a back up place at another school of your choice.
Closing Date
The closing date for the first round of allocations for The Swanage School was 31 January 2013, and a letter or e-mail advising the outcome will be sent on 1 March 2013. Applications which arrive after 31 January will be considered in the order that they arrive, and a letter or e-mail advising the outcome will be sent within one month of us receiving the application.
Please note: It is the parent/ carer’s responsibility to ensure that the completed application form and all supporting documents arrive safely.
